Original period manufacture. Triple etched steel blade without a makers marking, measuring 34 inches in length. Etched regimental panels on each side, with laurel leaves on the spine. The blade is clean, runs fairly straight and true, no nicks in the edge, the point is very slightly blunted. Chromed steel guard with a ribbed plastic grip. Near dent-free, black painted steel scabbard which may exhibit an old repaint in the past. A clean sword overall.
