Original era manufacture. Heavy, combat weight polished steel blade which measures 34 inches in length. Quill back design, sharp tip, unsharpened cutting edge and the word or name EISENHAUER in a flowing banner on the obverse side. Deeply incised cast brass guard, backstrap and pommel with a lionshead pommel with red glass eyse. Fishskin wrapped grip with triple wire binding. A wonderful quality sword missing its scabbard.
