Original period manufacture. Elaborate,wire mesh waist sash in the colors ofblue & silver forBavaria. There is a large bow on one side,suspended from which are two large fringed knots with silver andgreenwire ends. The belt or sash is basically sound but the threads holding the bow to the body of the belt are getting a little weak and the colors are a bit faded from time and wear. Simple silver color alloy hook securing buckle.
