Original period manufacture. Polished steel 23 inch blade with etched panels on each side displayint the Bavarian motto "In Treue Fest", Weyersberg logo on the obverse ricasso. The blade is clean, no nicks in the edge, just some scattered darkening and staining from age. Nickel finished basket guard and pommel with no issues. Leather covered grip showing wear and missing sections of the covering as shown. Black leather bodied scabbard with sound stitching and nickel finished scabbard tip and throat. Normal age and wear overall.
