Original era manufacture. Brass 1895 pattern buckle with a german silver center disc bearing a crown and the Bavarian motto. The reverse shows a rather elaborate attachment clasp with a roller adjustment. The central tongue is DRGM marked with a serial number 171230. Normal age and wear.
