Original era manufacture. 12 inch polished steel blade maker marked Simson & Co.Suhl on the ricasso. Cleaned steel patina to the pommel and guard. Brass mounted leather scabbard with sound stitching and scattered surface scuffing to the leather. Quality, pre-WWI German manufacture.
