German, Pre WWI, Dragoon Lance Proficiency Chevron

Original era manufacture. A large format, removable chevron awarded for proficiency with the lance and worn on the right arm. Intricate silver wire tresse is machine sewn to a Dragoon blue wool backing. An added treat with this one is that it was made so as to be removed and worn as needed, with three metal mounting hooks on it's reverse. Light age and wear. Measures 90x95mm.
