Original era manufacture. An early pre 1895 pattern, Prussian enlisted buckle measuring 63x50 mm. Four solder points on the reverse, displaying typical age and wear, with some minor denting to the center disc. Of a pattern as worn during the Franco-Prussian War. Original sewn brown leather adjusting tab with faint makers markings.
