Original era manufacture. A sound little helmet with brass fittings throughout. Well marked and dated interior as shown (6. Rheinisches Infanterie-Regt. Nr.68(Coblenz) IX Armee Korps). No extra holes behind the wappen, visor stitching is tight and the black leather body is not crushed. The only flaw to speak of are some scattered drops of garage paint. These can be cleaned away with some elbow grease. No chinstrap or kodarden as usual.
