Original era manufacture. Blue wool issue tunic with light blue cuffs and collar. Clear issue stamps in the interior lining showing a date of 1897, with a reissue date of 1905. In the collar is an original cloth tag showing the name of the soldier (Stein) who served with the 1st Company. One Year Volunteer piping around the shoulder straps with a brass button bearing the numeral 1 on each. Light scattered mothing, nothing severe, just normal for its century plus age. Train Battalions were amongst the smallest units in the Imperial Army, normally consisting of four companies of 250 men per. Wurttemberg had a single Train Battalion.
