Original era manufacture. A very clean example with bright mercury gilding to the brass fittings, complete sweatband with green silk drape.The front and rear visors are securely sewn in place with just a bit of curling on the ends of the rear visor. The front visor trim is just beginning to pull away slightly from the leather, no gaps or exposed edges. There are nice makers labels inside the crown of the helmet. A very solid example from our own collection.
