Original era manufacture. A clean example, with a 33 inch polished steel blade maker marked by WKC. Light, triple etched design, with the arms of Saxony on the obverse. The steel is bright with some scattered light spotting and graying.Intricate cast brass guard and pommel with the arms of Saxony in the guard design. Leather wrapped grip bound with triple strand wire. Wrapped around the guard is an original gold and green Saxon knot.Dent free, nickel finished scabbard with light spotting along its length, no corrosion issues. Two carrying rings, both throat screws are in place.
