Original era manufacture.  On hold for John M.   Evidently a dress or private purchase belt as the reverse is lined with wool felt. White lacquered exterior, with a D.R.G.M. marked belt catch. The belt has stiffened with age, but remains pliable enough to be placed on a mannequin.
