Original era manufacture. Reichswehr era, early Third Reich use. Silver brocade tresse style tape over white wool. Gray wool backing with five black painted attaching hooks. One has a soldiers name tag sewn to it. The brocade shows wear and use with some light fraying in evidence. If you look closely at the design of the brocade you will see an identical pattern to both. Same wool used on the reverse.
