Original era photography. An excellent glimpse into a pre-September 1939 life of a German Sailor aboard the 1908 battleship, Schleswig-Holstein. All of the 100 photos are military related, with some original artwork appearing on several pages. Named to the owner, so research is possible. It is thought that the Schleswig-Holstein fired the opening salvos which began WWII in Europe.
