Original period manufacture. A very nice quality sword with a plated steel blade measuring 32 inches in length, running straight and true. No real corrosion issues to the surface, just a few spots of age staining. Maker marked behind the right langet by WKC with the original red felt bumper in place. Ornate gilded brass guard, backstrap and lion head pommel. Fish skin wrapped grip bound with triple strand wire. A clean, nice quality sword needing a scabbard.
