Original period manufacture. Classic quill back bayonet which is unit marked on the guard, 99.R.E.3.183.. Dark corrosion finish to the blade surface with staining visible, certainly not a relic bayonet by any means. Sound original finish wood grips, operable lock button. Great old bayonet with lots of history.
