Original era manufacture. Very sound feldgrau wool body with a brass reinforcement trim around the front visor. No extra holes behind the brass Bavarian wappen, both mounting lugs for a chinstrap are present. Sound brass spike with circular base, the rearmost attaching brad is a replacement. No liner.
