Original period manufacture. A well filled out booklet issued to a man born in 1894. Numerous entries with a notation of his award of the EK2. There is a fold-down slip of paper which lists all of the engagements he participated in during the war from October of 1914 until November 1918. Amazing that he survived. Excellent research.
