Original era manufacture. German WWI 2 place medal bar with Iron Cross 2nd Class and  2nd Class Military Service Cross w' Swords. Both are sewn to a period ribbon bar with the appropriate ribbons. KO makers mark on the EK2 suspension ring. Normal age and wear. Klein & Quenzer.
