Original era manufacture. A nicely enameled 38 x 38 mm Iron Cross medal, suspended from a Prussian black/white silk ribbon. Enameled suspension bar displaying the colors of three of the Central Powers members, Germany, Austria and what may be Italy or Bulgaria.The lettering on the obverse of the Iron Cross reads; "In Memory of the 3rd & 4th October St.L. 1914.Normal age and wear.
