Original era manufacture. 130 mm black painted wooden disc with an inset silver alloy colored rendition of the memorial erected to honor the battle of Tannenberg.  This battle was fought in the opening days of WWI, August 26-30 1914, resulting in a decisive defeat of the Czar's armies, and creating fame for Hindenburg and Ludendorf.
