Original era manufacture. German WWI Ersatz bayonet with a 12 inch polished steel blade, now with a blue finish. There are portions of a crown proof on the spine, otherwise the blade is not marked.Stamped, two piece steel grip with an upswept guard, and operable lock button. Rather battered steel scabbard with traces of the feldgrau paint finish remaining.
