Original era manufacture. Similar in design to the 98/05 bayonet but of all steel construction. Very clean 14 inch blade with sawback edge, crown proof on the obverse ricasso and spine. Steel crossguard with an open-top muzzle ring. Pressed steel grip with traces of finish remaining.Pressed steel scabbard with remnants of paint finish, the leather frog was on the bayonet at the time of our purchase.
