Original period manufacture. Cast steel ribbed grip with an open style muzzle ring. Polished steel blade measuring over 12 inches in length, very clean with a rather faint crown proof on it's spine. Steel scabbard with a squared off tip, sizable dent in the scabbard body towards the tip. Clean bayonet overall.
