Original period manufacture. Cast steel ribbed grip with an open style muzzle ring. Polished steel blade measuring almost 12 inches in length with a crown proof on its spine. The cutting edge is lightly sharpened, unit marked on the guard E.R.I.429.33. Sheet steel scabbard marked FAG in an oval on the reverse. Normal age and wear.
