Original era manufacture. A bright steel blade with a very sharp sawback spine, with a crown proof. Ribbed, sheet steel grip with traces of the original feldgrau paint remaining. Unit marked on the guard, 69.A.6.B.7., standard Butcher bayonet scabbard. Light pitting near the base of the blade and on the surface of the guard.
