Original period manufacture. This pattern appears on pages 111-113, Volume III, German Bayonets by Anthony Carter. Sheet steel grip with a 9.75 polished steel blade. The guard, scabbard and blade with modified by Turkey post WWI. Sound, normal age and wear.
