We are pleased to offer this very clean example of the rare WWI Gotscho pattern German bayonet, with sawback spine.The very clean, polished steel blade measures 14.5 inches in length, with clear markings on the ricasso and spine.Steel patina finish to the guard and pommel; original finish, one-piece wooden grips with a clean-out hole on each side.Black painted steel scabbard with two throat screws, mix of paint and steel patina finish, with surface denting along its length from service use.
