Original era manufacture. Bright polished steel blade which is issue marked on the spine, Crown W 15, with an ERFURT arsenal mark on the ricasso. Bright finish guard and pommel with mellow patina wooden grip plates.Sound, black leather bodied scabbard with steel throat and chape, fitting the blade properly with no gaps between the bottom of the guard, and top of the throat. Nice early pattern WWI issue bayonet.
