Original period manufacture. An interesting piece ofhistory, a German enlisted shoulder strap removed from the soldiers body andbrought home by an AEF Doughboy by the name of Lieutenant Al.M.Langan, who servedin France during WWI. According to the gentleman from whom we purchased this little souvenir, a young man sold five boxes of his grandfather's war relics to our seller. Each had a little card attached to it identifying the artifact to the curious. Most of the items are long gone now, but we did purchase a few little interesting trinkets which are included in this update.
