Original era manufacture. Magnetic center Iron Cross 1st Class, with double mounting screws on the reverse (attaching device is missing) DRGM stamped reverse with KMSt (Royal Mint Stuttgart) maker mark. Wear to the iron core finish, pleasing patina to the frame and ribbing. Cross measures 44 mm in width. A well worn example of a desirable Iron Cross.
