Original era manufacture. This lot was purchased together, and consists of a magnetic center EK2 with a pleasing silver patina to the edge frame and ribbing. Short length of original ribbon as shown.The accompanying document for the awarding of the Iron Cross 2nd Class, was presented to Sergeant Ferdinad Muller,on the 30th of September 1918.Sergearn Muller served with the Bavarian Reserve Eisenbahn-Bau-Kompanie (Railway construction company) during WWI.The document is not torn, but displays foxing to the paper and has been holed on the edge to be mounted in a ring binder.
