Original period manufacture. Magnetic center EK1 with most of its original finish remaining on the core. Pleasing silver patina to the edge frames and ribbing. Variant, thin-style mounting pin with an interesting period replacement of the hinge pin using a tiny nail. Purchased from the son of the GI who brought it home from WWII.
