Original era manufacture. Blue steel lobster-tail helmet, with silver trim. Nicely unit marked on the underside edge of the neck guard; size 56, 7 JzP, 1915, 4.1..The liner is intact, with a leather draw string, and both of the large pattern enlisted kokarden are present, Prussia and national.The metal chinstrap is not present, however an original leather pickelhaube strap is included, and was on the helmet at the time of our purchase.The body of the helmet displays some light surface corrosion, and an elongated dent in the body, left rear. No extra holes behind the dragoon pattern wappen.
