Original era manufacture. A beautiful coin-like badge measuring 38 x 30 mm with a near pure silver mark of 990 on its reverse. It likely honors the service of a nurse serving at the Karlsruhe Reserve Lazarette IV during the years 1914-1916. Horizontal mounting pin on the reverse. Pleasing silver patina overall.
