Original era manufacture. An interesting lot to a sailor who served in the 5th Kompanie, II Werftdivision. He was born in 1895, he entered the service in 1912, and for a time served aboard SMS Helgoland. The lot includes KM issue Militarpass, EK2 document awarded in March of 1918 and signed by the commander of Schweres Korpsartillerie-Regiment 2, Hindenburg Cross awarded in 1935 and War Service Cross 2nd Class in 1941. Clean EK 2 medal with a maker marked ring WS, bit of wear to the ribbon, typical Hindenburg Cross maker marked W, and an early quality KvK 2 with ribbon.
