Original era manufacture. A beautiful example of the patriotic fervor which swept Germany during the Great War. Gilded alloy wristband made in the design of an artillery projectiles driving band. On the front is a silvered filigree design with an enameled Iron Cross and the dates 1914-1916. On the inside of the bracelet is a small curved panel, which is engraved with the words in German, "war memories, 1914/16". On one side is a small capture chain to prevent the bracelet from slipping off of the ladies wrist. One of the nicest examples of these we have ever offered.
