Original era production. These wonderful statues, or standees as Terri calls them, were made by noted author Charles Woolley in the late 1990's. Charlie found the originals in an antique store in Germany decades ago, and being found of toy soldiers, and particularly the Imperial Era, had them carefully reproduced. We purchased a set for ourselves, and now running out of room in the war-room, have put them out for sale. These are very nicely done, each stands about 16 inches in height, printed on posterboard, with a slotted wood base. The figures depicted are Kaiser Wilhelm II, Crown Prince Wilhelm and Field Marshall von Mackensen. All are shown in feldgrau uniforms and have bright colors with no damage.I believe the run on these was quite small, originally being a set of four which included FM von Hindenburg. Our Hindenburg met an unhappy end during our last move, somehow managing to be bent in half and broken. They don't eat much, and make a great display.
