Original era manufacture. Originally produced in brown leather, and then dyed black for war service, a common practice during WWI. The holster is very sound, the stitching is tight and all of the straps are secure, clear maker and 1916 date inside the flap, with a spare magazine pouch on the side, and the small pouch in the cover for the loading tool.The surface of the holster is very clean, mellow lustre to the leather, with minor scuffing and surface wear to this 100 year old holster. Your Erfurt of DWM pistol should feel right at home in this old holster.
