Original era manufacture. Officers quality, private purchase tunic in a ribbed feldgrau wool material. Full complement of brass crown buttons throughout, black piping at the base of the collar and cuffs, with red piping down the front and on the tails.Full body and sleeve lining, with a unit marking of FsAR9 (Schleswig-Holstein Foot Artillery Regiment Nr.9). Gold NCO tresse on the cuffs and collar. There is a piece of gray cloth stitched inside the collar lining, and this has begun to open up a bit, and the gold brocade tresse has also begun to open up in a few spots.The tunic is clean, with a few small areas of moth damage, and overall it presents quite nicely.
