Original era manufacture. Here we have a field recovered example of an early German stick grenade. A massive steel warhead with a crimped metal cap and bottom. Belt hook on the side and a replica paper instruction tag nicely aged and glued to the body. The can is empty of explosives and presents a pitted exterior from exposure to the elements but remains quite sound for display. The wooden handle is a replacement in our opinion but nicely aged to match. The handle and collar will unscrew from the head so you can see inside.
