Original era manufacture. Sound steel helmet with its period applied camouflage paint finish over the factory feldgrau. Maker and size marked on the neck skirt, but due to old corrosion, it is not clear enough to be read. As a guide, the helmet measures 9 inches across. No holes, dents or cracks, just typical age and wear for a 100 year old combat helmet.
