Original era manufacture. Silver wire embroidery on a black silk ribbon, measures 39 inches in length. SMS Elsass was a pre-war Dreadnought laid down in 1901 and commissioned in 1904, sister ship to the Lothringen and Preussen. In 1915 she participated in the Battle of Riga where she engage the Russian Battleship Slava. Scrapped in 1936.
