Original period postcard. A very clear sepia-tone image ofField Marshall Eric von Hindenburg. He is shown wearing numerous decorations, including his 1870 Iron Cross 2nd Class, earned during the battle of Gravelotte-St.Privat in August 1870. Normal age and wear.
