Original period manufacture. This is a large format, first class quality patriotic wall plaque likely produced in the early months of WWI. The frame measures 12x15 inches with silver colored alloy panel depicting the two Emperors, Kaiser Wilhelm of Germany and Franz-Joseph of Austria.
