German WWI Pre WWI Garde Jaeger Bandsman Tunic

Original era manufacture. A private purchase tunic of dark jaeger green wool with a red wool collar and red wool Swedish pattern cuffs. Yellow and red original sewn litzen on the collar and cuffs. Plain red wool shoulder straps, correct for Garde Jaeger and original sewn bandsman's wings on each shoulder. The fringe is quite well worn as shown and would likely look better if trimmed away, but, this is how it came to us. Full set of domed brass buttons throughout, with the top button needing to be resewn, it lives now in an interior pocket. Full blackcloth lining with evidence of an old name tag in the collar. The cuffs look to have been takenupat some point as the wear is slightly different but have been let down again. Very, very minor amount of mothing however the tunic show overall wear and use. The two rear support buttons are missing. Size is small, about a 36.
