Original era manufacture. A very unusual private purchase flashlight, marked Sendler Lampe, DRP. Black painted steel casing with a hinged protective cover for the bulb, and just below, another compartment with a flip-down cover for a small notepad, with a pencil holder next to it. The notepaper is long gone, however the pencil remains.Two pliable leather button tabs on the reverse of the lamp. The paint finish shows wear and age, but no dents to the casing, some corrosion holes on the reverse from battery acid.
