Original period manufacture. Abrass trimmed enlisted helmet showing considerable age and wear with no extra holes behind the eagle wappen. Black leather body with brass trim throughout front visor is curled from age and needs to be restitched to the body. There is a crack in the top of the helmet by the spike base. The leather liner is fairly intact, the rear visor is basically sound. Small size, no markings.
