Original period manufacture. Sound gray trimmed helmet but missing its removable spike. No extra holes behind the wappen, original leather wedges holding it in place. Nice even gray painted finish on the metal fittings with minimal surface corrosion. The helmet is a bitdistorted from poor storage but both visors are tightly sewn to the body. Good restoration project.
